The Winning Edge Fitness Center - Building Fitout Inoffice has just completed a fit-out with a difference at the Winning Edge Fitness Center at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Despite the flexibility and talent of the Inoffice team being put to the test, the budget was achieved and this wonderful center opened on time. This project really demonstrates the capabilities of Inoffice .
Tiffany & Co, Melbourne - Retail Fitout Another quality project now completed by Inoffice is Tiffany & Co in Collins Street, Melbourne. One of world's leading jewellers, the works were extremely delicate, with extensive plaster ceilings, feature cornice work and key security installations. With positive feedback from our client, Tiffany's is a real showcase for Inoffice.
Origin Health - Office Construction The establishment of a strong relationship through previous projects led to Inoffice being contracted for the construction of the Origin Health satellite office in Clayton. After extensive demolition, we have integrated a new office into the existing structure. The project incorporated Inoffice managing all aspects of the fit-out, including timber floating floor, data cabling, power, lighting, security, permits, joinery, plumbing & painting.
Maroondah Hospital Maroondah Hospital is a large hospital in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This was a challenging project which consisted of extensive plaster and structural partition work. A low maintenance, long-term and hard wearing finish was essential. The finished product was a well coordinated and stylish fit-out which both compliments and assists in the function of the hospital.
Gas & Fuel This project completed for Victoria's Gas & Fuel Corporation was carried out to their individual requirements which included a proprietary demountable partition suite, with ducting for cables running throughout the core of every partition. This provides incredible serviceability and flexibility. Power, telephone and data cables can be accessed anywhere quickly, easily, without disruption to staff and with minimal cost.
BDO Nelson Parkhill, Accountants. This prestigious fit-out features custom MDF pier and portal fronts with custom designed and manufactured skirting, lighting and glazing as well as clear office fronts incorporating seraphic finish. The Inoffice Partition 90mm aluminium suite was incorporated into the partitions and finished in a white Powderkote. Doors were custom built with feature panels and finished with Lockwood Symphony door furniture.
Chubb Insurance Co. of Australia LTD Chubb Insurance, one of the worlds leading security and insurance companies utilised our expertise for partitioning which features "square pattern" seraphic glazed office fronts and doors finished in Tasmanian Myrtle veneer with an American style portal entry. The partitions generally featured an Inoffice 80mm aluminium suite finished in white and black Powderkote, painted plasterboard sections and flat Powderkote aluminium skirting. In addition, special features incorporated Tasmanian Myrtle veneer wall paneling with routed grooves on selected surfaces.
Boehringer Mannheim Australia Pty Limited Boehringer Mannheim is an international company manufacturing and distributing medical instrumentation and chemical reagents. This fit-out features Inoffice 44 mm exposed post demountable partition system finished in an agean flexiclad vinyl. Of the wide range of demountable partitions available Boehringer Mannheim specified full height solid and solid/glazed partitions, with the main feature being a full height curved panel wall in reception. The 44 mm demountable system offers Boehringer Mannheim flexibility in layout with ease of relocation, extensions or alterations to meet their rapid expansion.
Herbert Geer & Rundle, Solicitors This outstanding office project featured a Powderkote off white finish incorporated in an 80mm Inoffice Partition aluminium suite. Walls are full height painted plasterboard and are sound rated with clear glazed fronts. Glazing sections are fitted with an applied film finish and highlighted with door hardware by Pittella. The boardroom features curved glass partitions with the balance of corporate offices finished in veneer and mirrortone paint.

The success and profile of Nurses' Data Bank has been recognized by a number of major awards including the significant Victoria Chamber of Commerce and Industry Award for Enterprise in Business. So when Nurses' Data Bank required a complete office fit-out they contacted Inoffice .
Panasonic - Office Partitions & Fit Out The Australian headquarters of Panasonic is considered by many as one of the most impressive and functional office warehouse projects constructed in the 1990's. Feature partitions are finished in Maple veneer to highlight executive areas especially emphasising the company logo. Clear and seraphic glass is used to maximise interior light while full height customwood partition doors are finished in an alternative mirror-paint finish with Efco door furniture.
Sony - Office Construction & Fitout Sony, one of the world's foremost communications and high technology companies required a corporate environment to suit their international image within an office warehouse environment. The outstanding fit-out features curved plasterboard bulkheads to reception and boardroom areas and full height painted customwood doors fitted with Lockwood Symphony furniture. The partitions featured an 80mm grey Powderkote aluminium suite with painted plasterboard, clear glazing and Powderkote aluminium skirting.
United Energy - QUality Office Construction This stunning project features full height Ozone Reef Zone glazing, painted customwood doors complete with Lockwood Symphony furniture and curved segmented plaster walls with various fabric finishes. The partitioning features a 90mm black Powderkote aluminium section with painted plasterboard walls and a flat Powderkote aluminium skirting. Main pivot entry doors feature Zebrano veneer with painted bulkheads to ceiling.
